They are in need of an experienced and professional Director of Operations for their 2 restaurants. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Reports to the Owner
· Ensures operational effectiveness through leadership in all restaurant divisions
· Work with management to develop SOP’s, goals, and strategies
· Support and direct restaurant management to achieve revenue targets
· Direct and lead the effectiveness of all projects including sales & marketing
· Participate and manage all budgets and forecasts
· Oversee guest services process with a view at enhancing customer satisfaction
Salary: $60,000-$84,000 USD/annually Net plus accommodation, incentives, annual flight, health benefits, annual vacation, meals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3-5 years in multi-unit restaurant management experience
· European or International experience first preference
· Excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
· Very-much hands-on oriented
· Ability to select, train, coach and develop all levels of their team
