Scalability is the ability to multiply a business’ offering to unlimited number of people. It is measured by the size of the population that actually needs your business solution.
Often times, people judge a business by how much their products cost. For example, they think that because Company A sells a product that cost 100,000 Naira, it must be more valuable than the one that sells a 2000 Naira product. But this is not always true.

It’s not the price that matters. It’s your ability to sell unlimited number of the product.
If you can get 1000 people to buy a product of 500 Naira from you each month, you’ll be generating 500,000 Naira each month. If you can get 1 million people to each give you 50 Naira every year, you’ll be making 50 million Naira every year. It is the number of people you are able to get to buy your product that matters the most, not the price.
And definitely not the amount of hours or hard work that you put in.
I know a man who makes millions of dollars selling just handkerchief online. Just handkerchief, nothing more.
Until you structure your business in way that it becomes scalable, you have no real chances of creating wealth from it, regardless of how much work you put in. Sitting on the machine to sew is very very NOT SCALABLE. Because you simply cannot produce unlimited number of dresses.
Your body just won’t allow it. It’s up to you to decide if you truly want to find a scalable way of utilizing your fashion skills.
