How to start

To use the software you’ll need to put in your Key. Follow these steps to locate your Client Key:

  1. Run a browser on any device and log in to your account on 2captcha.com
  2. Make sure your account is in Worker mode (switch is at the right top corner).
  3. Scroll down one page to the Solve Captchas section.
  4. Your Client PASSWORD is in blue. Copy and paste your client KEY into the app and then click the Authentication button.
  5. Alternatively, you can scan it by switching to QRCode if you want. To do this, first click the QRCode link under your Customer KEY on a page, and then click a QRCode icon in your Android app. A QRCode scan window will appear and you can scan it from your personal cabinet.

Troubleshooting

    In very rare cases, the program may not start as usual. Therefore, please check whether one of the following procedures has already been done after downloading:

    1. Run the setup file as Administrator and finish the Setup Wizard
    2. Run the bot in compatibility mode
    3. If that doesn’t help, try downloading X-Bot instead of RS bot.
    4. Lastly, head over to our support team.
    5. Please keep your software up to date.
